I developed this work from inside the environments I now advise.
My work brings together resident and guest experience, frontline operations, emotional pressure, restorative practice and practical leadership structures.
More than fifteen years across people-facing environments.
I have worked across premium residential, hospitality, member experience, duty management, frontline operations and programme delivery.
I have worked where resident and guest expectations meet everyday service delivery: supporting difficult interactions, complaints, handovers, shared facilities and resident relationships alongside concierge, estate, facilities and operational teams. This has shown me how pressure can affect communication, judgement, confidence, recovery and service consistency.
The Emotional Ecosystem Framework grew from those observations. It examines how people, relationships, routines, expectations, services, leadership responses and shared spaces shape emotional climate. The 5P Pressure Map then organises what is visible, what may be generating pressure, how it spreads, what supports stability and what could change.

Resident Experience & Emotional Ecosystem Consultant
Operational experience informed by restorative practice.
My background in therapeutic bodywork, restorative practice, yoga and one-to-one wellbeing support adds practical understanding of stress, trust, professional boundaries, nervous-system regulation and recovery.
It informs the human perspective; my residential and operational experience connects that perspective to teams, services and the wider environment.
